Today was my first day of school and already I can tell that there are a RACK of knuckleheads to deal with. No problemo for me though since my policy of "I'm not here to make friends with you people." seems to seep from my pores. Maybe it's the scowl on my face, but damn is it working.
Had English, Algebra, and Western Civ today. Aparently black people contributed nothing to the developing world (except for Egypt, but that's a given, if you don't mention that you look like an idiot.) I was kind of under the impression that Africa was part of the west so...why are we barely in this book at all?
Anyway, all of my teachers seem really cool. I'm in class from 9:30am to 10:30pm on Wednesday, with my biology class and it's adjacent lab falling in the wee hours of the evening. No doze it is then.
I'm beat but happy. Gotta work tommorow and it's my b-day. Finally turned 21, and I have to say that I am glad to be flexing the drama-free lifestyle these days. |
